Abstract

Aim. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and conceptualization of a philosophy of effective action within a non-linear, ecologized socio-cultural space by integrating the categories of experience, reality, and embodiment into the paradigm of human immanent self-actualization. Methods. The methodological framework of the research relies on an interdisciplinary approach that combines the tools of post-structuralist ontology, the phenomenology of embodiment, and cross-cultural comparative analysis. Specifically, the method of deconstruction is employed to analyze classical praxeologies; ontological analysis is used to investigate the non-linearity of the socio-cultural space; a somatic approach is applied to comprehend bodily experience as a locus of resistance against external coding; and a comparative method is used to re-evaluate instrumental efficacy by analyzing models of indirect effect and human-centered practices of self-constitution.Results. Within the scope of the study, a conceptual explication of the categories of «efficacy» and «non-linearity» within an ecosophical context has been carried out. The author’s original construct of «immanent self-actualization» has been conceptualized as a viable alternative to anthropological burnout and destructive voluntaristic «assault». The ontological status of the categories of experience, reality, and embodiment is substantiated as fundamental factors in unfolding an ecologized philosophy of effective action. It is demonstrated that embodiment emerges as a source of somatic resistance against destructive external pressures. Specific practical tools for the production of subjectivitynamely, the Foucaultian paradigm of the «care of the self» and human-centered micro-strategies of Kaizenare integrated into the general architectonics of non-violent development (following F. Jullien), which draws upon the inherent propensity of a situation and the cumulative impact of small steps. Conclusions. The study demonstrates the urgent need for a radical rethinking of the praxeological matrix of contemporary culture. The transition to immanent self-actualization enables the preservation of human viability in a non-linear world. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the conceptualization of a cohesive philosophical-somatic alternative to burnout, which restores the subjects right to an ecological pace of life and autonomy. The findings are significant for the development of philosophical anthropology, ethics, somatic ecology, as well as for optimizing personal development practices in the era of digital transformations.
