Modern philosophical trends and their contribution to state processes

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern philosophical trends and their impact on state processes, in particular, on the formation of political institutions, legal systems and social structures. The purpose of the article is to study modern philosophical trends and their contribution to the State processes, and to analyze their impact on the formation of political institutions, social structures and legal systems. It is noted that in the context of globalization, technological changes and socio-political transformations, philosophy is an important factor in rethinking the basic concepts of justice, freedom, human rights and sustainable development. Research attention is focused on the main trends, such as postmodernism, neo-Marxism, liberalism, communitarianism and transhumanism, which have a significant impact on public policy, social responsibility of institutions and civic consciousness. The contribution of philosophers such as John Rawls, Jürgen Habermas, and Jacques Derrida to the formation of democratic reforms, the fight against social inequality, and the development of ethical norms in public administration is considered. The study uses a comprehensive approach that includes historical analysis, comparison of philosophical concepts, and practical examples of their implementation in different countries. The study shows that the ideas of early modernity, postcolonialism, and environmental ethics have become the basis for new political strategies in the European Union, the United States, and Canada. Philosophical trends contribute to the strengthening of civil society, improvement of legal regulation and development of socially oriented public policy. At the same time, the author emphasizes the importance of careful application of philosophical concepts in public administration to avoid social conflicts that may arise due to cultural and ideological differences. The study emphasizes that philosophy as an intellectual basis for social development can contribute to the formation of sustainable institutional mechanisms and effective interaction between the state and citizens in the face of modern challenges. It is proved that the relationship between philosophical ideas and state processes indicates the need to integrate the concepts of social justice, human rights and technological humanism into public administration.
