The influence of Arthur Schopenhauer's biographical circumstances on his philosophy

The actual task of philosophical reflections is to analyze the influence of biographical circumstances of the life of the philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer on the content and ideological orientation of his work, on the formation of his worldview attitudes, directions of his interest and value judgments. The object of research is the interaction of the biography and philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer, and the subject of investigation is the peculiarities of A. Schopenhauer’s philosophical principles, which are determined by the circumstances of his life and the subjective principles of his social activity. The results of the study are to prove the idea that certain aspects of the philosophical work of Arthur Schopenhauer were formed under the significant influence of the circumstances of his life path, events in the biography of the Thinker. In particular, traveling to European countries with his parents, studying as a child in France, Great Britain, German cities, long-term visits to Italy allowed Arthur Schopenhauer to master the cultural heritage of the European space of that time, to form a wide horizon of his interests in various fields of philosophical knowledge. The result was the construction by A. Schopenhauer of an original philosophical system with the world will in the center. The philosopher's special interest in health as a necessary natural basis for a full-fledged social existence of a person is due to his attempt to become a doctor and initial training at the Medical Faculty of the University of Getting. Failures in starting a family, building ethical relations with his mother, sister, and women contributed to A. Schopenhauer's philosophical reflections on the essence of love, the logic of sexual relations between men and women. Thanks to this part of his work, The Philosopher gained popularity in the last decade of his life and the intellectual community of Europe finally paid attention to the original content and style of writing philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer.
