The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the modern historiography of Ukrainian–Turkish cultural and educational relations from the late twentieth to the early twenty-first century. The aim of the study is to identify the main scholarly approaches, thematic directions, and prospects for further research into humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey. The methodological framework is based on the principles of historicism, scholarly objectivity, and systematic analysis, as well as methods of historiographical analysis, problem-chronological, and comparative approaches. The article examines the works of Ukrainian scholars devoted to the legal and regulatory foundations of cooperation, the activities of educational and cultural institutions, the role of the Ukrainian diaspora in Turkey, and the functioning of cultural diplomacy and “soft power” mechanisms. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the systematization of current historiographical trends with consideration of the transformations caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, as well as in the identification of insufficiently studied aspects of the problem, including Turkish historiography of humanitarian relations and the regional dimension of cooperation. The conclusions substantiate that cultural and educational ties are gradually becoming an independent and strategically significant component of Ukrainian–Turkish partnership, and that their historiographical interpretation requires interdisciplinary and comparative approaches.
